I have been working in my current role for over 15 years as a UX Designer at Conduent - a business process services company that offers digital platforms for Fortune 500 companies and governments.
In this role I oversee various projects across our client base. Since this work is proprietary and involves clients’ intranet and benefits websites, I am unable to publicly share certain samples of my work.
Developed a style guide driven product platform that allows for efficiencies when white-labeling multiple clients for deployment.
Lead the brand discovery process for both new and converting clients. Working directly with the client to become a brand advocate to ensure the design conforms to their standards.
